What happens at my initial consultation?
We begin with a conversation about your symptoms, health and goals, followed by an examination and a shared plan. The appointment lasts 45 minutes. Treatment is included if the practitioner considers it suitable.
How many treatments will I need?
This depends on your symptoms and response to treatment. We agree on individual care and regularly review whether continuing is appropriate. We do not promise a particular result.
Can I use my health insurance?
Cover depends on your insurer and policy. Check with your insurer before your visit so you know what applies to you.
How do I change or cancel an appointment?
In My account, you can view and reschedule upcoming appointments up to 24 hours beforehand. Unpaid appointments can also be cancelled online. Contact the clinic to cancel paid appointments or make changes at shorter notice.
What is focused shockwave?
Focused shockwave uses acoustic pressure waves. At your initial consultation, the practitioner explains the method, assesses whether it suits your symptoms and discusses benefits and possible side effects.
