How we can help you

  • Assessment of inner or outer elbow pain during gripping, lifting and repetitive movement.
  • Assessment of whether your symptoms suggest tennis or golfer's elbow and whether shockwave is suitable.
  • A plan to adjust work and sport, with follow-up on pain and function.
What does treatment feel like?

Treatment can be uncomfortable. We adjust the intensity as we go. Soreness, redness, swelling or bruising may occur afterwards. We discuss relevant risks and alternatives before treatment.

Tell us about medicines, pregnancy and medical conditions so we can assess whether the method is suitable for you.

Talk to us
Can you help with tennis elbow or golfer’s elbow?

We assess pain on the inside and outside of the elbow and whether your symptoms suggest tennis elbow or golfer’s elbow. Shockwave is included only when appropriate for your situation.

What happens during an elbow pain assessment?

We review gripping, lifting and repetitive movements that trigger your symptoms and agree on a plan for activity and follow-up.

What is tennis elbow?

Tennis elbow is overload of the tendons on the outside of the elbow, often from repeated gripping and lifting. Golfer’s elbow similarly affects the inside. We assess which type your symptoms match.

How long does tennis elbow last?

The course varies a lot. Many symptoms ease over weeks to months with adjusted activity. We help with a plan and assess whether shockwave can be included.

What can I do myself about tennis elbow?

Adjusting load in everyday life and at work is often an important part. At your consultation we review your daily movements and agree on specific advice together.
